Basically I modify this recipe, Perfect Microwave Oatmeal for One (omitted sugar) and make and freeze around a week’s worth at a time for my husband before he heads off to work early in the mornings. I omit the water and substitute with soy milk the night before and put it in the refrigerator overnight. To the above recipe, I also add in frozen blueberries, prunes, raisins, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.
