Get Fit…For Your Produce

One of my sisters-in-law told me about spraying fruits and veggies with the Fit spray and then soaking them in water for around 20 minutes. This is especially helpful if you plan on eating it with the peel to increase your fiber intake. After soaking, the water turned slightly brown. It works!
