Banana Oatmeal Cookie Recipe

I haven’t been baking much recently but we had too many bananas turning brown. The other day, I tried this recipe, Moist and Chewy Banana Oatmeal Cookies from Lindsay at Life, Love and Sugar.com (modified a bit by cutting the sugar in half and adding chocolate chips).

I brought them in to my much-loved physical therapy clinic, Oahu Spine and Rehab. I am a regular there these days, especially this week. I went in 3 times, twice for my knees and once for pelvic floor/core.

Some of Vicki's interests, in random order, include learning hula and how to cook (mostly Asian and plant-based) simple ethnic dishes using kitchen gadgets, minimalism/simple living, bicycling, snorkeling, hiking/nature walking, container gardening, reading non-fiction, listening to audiobooks, talking story with neighbors while walking our dog, visiting museums/historical sites, Lay Biblical Counseling and volunteering at church and in the community.
