Galentine’s Day Pasta and Fudge

Last night, women in our church’s community group gathered for a Galentine’s Day themed dinner and Bible study. I tried out some new-to-me recipes. A few months ago, our friends shared with us a great idea for a DIY Foodland gift basket with ingredients for shelf-stable Puttanesca Pasta. I served the Puttanesca Pasta and Vegan Alfredo Pasta Sauce with both regular and gluten-free noodles.
