I listened to this podcast today about optimizing your metabolism. I’ve heard some of these ideas before such as eating low carb, increasing protein intake, the importance of exercise, etc. But it reinforced to me the idea that dinner should be the smallest meal of the day and it’s best to eat dinner early, at least 3 hours before bedtime.
