Observations from Sam’s Club Seafood Department

We usually shop at Costco since it’s somewhat on the way home from church but lately I’ve shopped at Sam’s Club in Pearl City because it is on my way home from my PT appointments. I saw something unusual looking in the seafood department. At first I thought it looked like a human brain. Was it some sort of Halloween prank? No, it’s ogo, but I didn’t know what that was either so I looked it up when I got home. Apparently, it is the Japanese word for the Hawaiian word limu, the seaweed in poke.

On another note, I’ve been making what I usually call “seasoned edamame” but at Sam’s Club they call it “Soybean Poke”.

One more interesting thing, Sam’s Club has a giant roomba, haha.
