Spicy Smoked Deviled Eggs for Easter

Hope you had a Happy Easter! I tried out a new recipe to make spicy smoked deviled eggs to bring for our church’s refreshment table. The eggs 🥚 were boiled in a Ninja pressure cooker and smoked on a Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Grill and Smoker.

I used Amy and Jacky’s Pressure Cook Recipes.com recipe to boil the eggs and loosely followed Hey Grill Hey’s Smoked Deviled Eggs recipe.

Recipe Notes:

For the boiled eggs, I added 1.5 cups of cold water to around a dozen eggs, high pressure x 8 minutes, instant release then into an ice bath.

For the smoked deviled eggs, I didn’t have so I omitted the stone ground course mustard, pickled jalapeno and sweet rub. Instead, I substituted with regular mustard, sriracha sauce and some bottled BBQ sauce and sprinkled with paprika.
